Area of Expertise:

While on hiatus from university work from 2009-2013, I became the Santa Cruz Area Director for Club Z! In-home Tutoring Services where I helped secure grant funding and was responsible for managing a tutoring program that served 200+ low-income students each year in the lowest performing public school in Santa Cruz County. During this time, I worked with a variety of public and private entities, each claiming to be in the best interest of the students.
